Youngsters now have the chance to learn "Spanish for Kids" in classes to be offered by local teacher Jacqui Castillo.
Starting in Term 3, Spanish lessons will be offered for pre-schoolers and primary aged children, based at the Eastwood Leisure Complex.
The Fun Languages Program includes lots of games, music and craft and immerse children in the language and culture of Spain and Latin America.
Sisters Mia (4) and Sienna (2) will join in the pre-schoolers classes. Their Mum, Rachael, knows the importance of her daughters having the opportunity to learn a language whilst they are still young "It's amazing how the girls pick up words so quickly. I have been trying to teach them with books and the odd phrase here and there, but am pleased that there are now classes they can attend in Ballarat".
